2. Fulbright@SMU Series – “Sustainable Authoritarianism”
The Fulbright Association is pleased to invite DUAL to its Fulbright @ SMU Seminar Series. The Fulbright Association (Singapore) is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and as such, have decided to hold jointly with Singapore Management University a series of monthly seminars.
Their March seminar is “Sustainable Authoritarianism” by Tan Tarn How, Senior Research Fellow, Institute of Policy Studies Singapore.

The Fulbright Association (Singapore) is 10 years old! They would like to invite DUAL members to join them in their celebration of their 10th Anniversary.
